3. Exceptions – When We May Issue a Refund

We may consider a refund only in the following rare circumstances:

A. Duplicate Transaction

You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a payment processing error. We will refund the duplicate charge.

B. Technical Issues

Technical issues on our end prevented you from accessing the content, and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours despite our best efforts.

C. Content Not as Described

The content delivered is substantially different from what was described on the sales page (subject to our verification).

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please:

  3. Describe the issue in detail

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks will be treated as fraud.

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended

  • You may be banned from future purchases

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period
  • Cancelled subscriptions will not be automatically renewed
7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your access to the content will be revoked upon refund
